We’re excited to welcome WEEKENDERS COFFEE from Kyoto, Japan to our lineup of international roasters! 🇯🇵☕
During our trip to Japan last year, some of the most memorable coffees we tasted in Kyoto were at Weekenders Coffee. Founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife duo Masahiro and Ayumi Kaneko, Weekenders has become one of Japan’s most respected specialty coffee roasters, known for its clean, transparent, and beautifully balanced approach to roasting.
We’re thrilled to finally share their coffees with our community.

We know that many of you have been asking for this for quite some time. While the margins on many of the international roasters can be quite slim, we’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and wanted to give a little something back.

Summer is just around the corner, and we decided to launch new seasonal drinks at our Artesia location first! ☀️ 🏖️ (East Hollywood, don’t worry, we’re coming for ya soon!)
🍌 Banana Cream Latte (☕️/🍵): Banana, condensed milk, espresso or matcha, your milk of choice, topped off with banana cream top
🟣🥥 Coconut Ube Latte (☕️/🍵): Coconut cream, ube, espresso or matcha, your milk of choice, topped off witu mascarpone cream top
🟤 Cold Brew: After months of R&D, we finally have a version we’re proud to serve. Made from Ondo Choco (single origin Colombia coffee that we use as our house espresso)
🟠 Ondo Cold Brew Latte: Cold brew concentrate, Okinawa black sugar, and oat milk. Can add mascarpone cream top as an option!
⚪️ Mascarpone Cream Top: A rich cream top that pairs well with both coffee and matcha!

For those using public transportation:
Take the Purple Line to Wilshire/Normandie Station or the Red Line to Vermont/Sunset Station. From either station, it is a 10-15 minute walk to S Oxford Avenue.
Alternatively, bus routes 18 and 206 stop near the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and S Oxford Avenue, which is a couple of blocks away from the coffee shop.
For those driving:
From downtown Los Angeles, take the I-10 West and exit at Western Avenue. Turn right onto Western Avenue and continue straight until you reach Wilshire Boulevard. Turn left onto Wilshire Boulevard and continue straight until you reach S Oxford Avenue.
There are metered parking spaces available on S Oxford Avenue and nearby streets. Alternatively, there is a paid parking lot located on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and S Oxford Avenue, across from the coffee shop.
