We have made the executive decision to close Plaid Sheep GCB.
Getting into the culinary industry has always come from a place of passion, love, and community, but the pandemic heavily exposed all the cracks
in an already fragile industry. With the ever-changing landscape in the business, it was no longer sustainable for us to continue forward.
We can't thank you enough for all the support and love we have received since opening our doors in 2019. We wouldn't have made it remotely close without the community that welcomed us with open arms. As we rolled with the punches that this industry threw at us, you were still there to support us. Whether it was our whacky special grilled cheeses, pasta dishes, breakfast menu, or even our smash burgers; you were down with it.
We will be taking a hiatus from the industry as we reflect on our journey thus far. Bringing back to basics, we plan to put pen-to-paper over the next few months to develop a clear vision of who we want to be for ourselves and the community. You never know, might be seeing you real soon =]
