Asado con Puré! USDA Prime beef slow cooked to perfection and served over creamy mashed potatoes.
Cau Cau is also on the menu. Tender honeycomb beef tripe cooked in a special aji amarillo and red onion reduction. Served with russet potatoes and jasmine rice.
Tiradito is back on the menu this weekend! Delicious lime and salt cured Mahi Mahi served with a lime pickled onions, Peruvian corn, and diced Aji Limo all sitting an Aji Amarillo leche de tigre sauce.

Sopa a la minuta - A braised beef broth, flavored with a reduction of red onion, aji amarillo, aji panca, with PRIME USDA Chuck Roast, angel hair spaghetti, egg and queso fresco.
Aguadito de Pollo - A chicken and rice soup flavored with a reduction of red onion, aji amarillo, cilantro, and chicken broth. Served with peas, carrots, and jasmine rice.
Sopa Wantan - A Peruvian version of Wonton Soup. House made pork wontons, egg noodles, fresh veggies, cooked in a special chicken, pork, and ginger stock.
