Rich tomato sauce that is made to reflect Tteokbokki. San Marzano tomatoes cooked with sliced onions, garlic, soy gochujang and gochugaru and just enough oregano to make you do a double take. We top it with smoked mozzarella and reduced cream bake at 575* and when its nice and ready we create a snow storm of parmesan and a little more oregano. It is deliciously savory, smoky and will definitely make you want more!
