Brewed in loving memory of Oscar “Big O” Sarkisian, this b**r is more than just a refreshing light b**r. It's a tribute to the man who helped build a legacy.
In 1991, Pat and Oscar Sarkisian opened the first Oscar's restaurant, which would eventually become the beloved Pat & Oscar's, known throughout Southern California for its famous breadsticks, great food, and family atmosphere.
The design of Big O pays homage to the original Pat & Oscar's branding, bringing a piece of our history into something new.
From Pat & Oscar's to Oscar's Brewing Company, the legacy continues.
Here's to Big O. His name, his legacy, and a b**r brewed in his honor. 🍻💛
