A new way to explore Los Angeles arrives May 8th. With the Los Angeles Metro D Line extension opening nearby, guests of Kimpton Hotel Wilshire can enjoy an easier route into Downtown LA—no car needed.
To celebrate the opening, Metro is hosting an event on May 8th from 12:30PM–4PM featuring live DJ sets from Metro Art and KCRW’s “Soundtrips,” food from neighborhood favorites, family-friendly activities, museum partners, and booths from local community organizations.
Spend the day visiting The Broad, riding Angels Flight Railway, exploring Grand Central Market, and browsing The Last Bookstore before heading back with ease.
A new farmers market begins May 12th at the Wilshire/Fairfax station entrance every Tuesday.
