As Restaurant Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible to lead and drive daily operations of your Bok Bok Mediterranean location. You will manage the kitchen and dining room to ensure all company goals are met and a positive guest experience is given. You will oversee all store team members as well as all admin and leadership functions to make sure all operations run smoothly.

Lead Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Uphold our high standards of service and hospitality;

- Manage and oversee all actions on our daily and weekly checklists;

- Oversee inventory, product quality and health and safety;

- Oversee timekeeping and staff scheduling;

- Manage and maintain cleanliness and security of the store;

- Work with senior management to set and achieve profit targets as set by corporate.
