Whether im catering for 50 or 500 people one thing is for sure. Every single one of your guests will enjoy every last savory bite. My team and I arrive, set up, hand carve meats, and craft every plate to exact perfection. Each nini plate is 1 pound. It consists of 1/2 lbs meat and 1/2 lbs of sides + Dinner roll. I assure you, this will be a memorable expierence for you and your guests. Ninis is much more than food….Its am experience.

It’s amazing to see where this amazing journey is steering me. One thing is for sure, food is extremely powerful. It has the power to fill someone’s heart in need, it has the power to take you back to a wonderful memory with your family. I am learning to harness this power. This power has gotten me a memory of a lifetime. I had the privilege to cook for the mayor of Menifee, and his close friends and family. I got to sit in front of the mayor while eating some ninis. Something I created has earned me this opportunity. This is so POWERFUL on so many levels. My gift that god gave me has gotten me here, and has yet to take me. Here’s the secret: You have to Give open heartedly to help those in need, feed those in need, a simple “Hello Sir/Mam How are you doing today? “Wishing you a blessed day” “Thank you I appreciate you” has the power to change someone’s perspective on life.
