PARMBOYZ is an Italian-American food and cocktail pop-up that specializes in an East Coast style red sauce Italian tasting menu, accompanied by Aper-Tiki inspired cocktails and a curated selection of wines. Founded by Chris Amirault and Jake Kolack in 2016, PARMBOYZ originated from a passion for recreating nostalgic family meals from their childhood in Boston, including comfort dishes like parmigiana, baked ziti, and manicotti. The duo began hosting regular events to share these flavors with friends and family before connecting with the creative team from Ronan Restaurant in West Hollywood to officially launch the pop-up. Currently, PARMBOYZ serves guests two Sundays a month at Ronan while also aiming to expand its reach to other cities across the United States. Additionally, the pop-up is committed to supporting the community by donating a portion of sales to the Women’s Center for Creative Work (WCCW), which focuses on uplifting women and non-binary artists.
