What began during one of the hardest moments of my life has grown into something meaningful.

Five years ago, I started my small business. Many people don’t know the reason behind why or how it began.
Around that time, I was preparing to become a first-time grandmother. Our family was filled with excitement and love. However, during the pregnancy, doctors told my daughter that my granddaughter had a 0% chance of survival and recommended that she terminate the pregnancy. Without hesitation, we chose faith and continued to pray for a safe delivery.
My daughter carried her pregnancy to full term, but five years ago this March, we lost our baby Hazel.
Losing Hazel was one of the most difficult moments of my life—as a mother, a grandmother, and for our entire family. In the midst of that pain, I knew I had to stay strong for my daughter and those around me. To cope, I stayed busy, focused on keeping everyone together, and made sure my family felt supported. Many people saw strength on the outside, but inside I was navigating deep grief and numbness.
Starting my small business became a way for me to keep moving forward. Through good days and difficult ones, we have continued to grow and remain in business, and I’m grateful for every bit of support along the way.
People often ask what I do in my spare time… this is it. I pour my heart into what I create.
