Bull & Butterfly, a steakhouse located on W Jefferson Boulevard, was founded by industry veterans Alan & Heidi Jackson, who drew inspiration from California cuisine to create their menu. The restaurant offered mouth-watering dishes featuring seasonal ingredients such as Figs, Prosciutto, Pistachio & Parmesan and Asparagus, Bing Cherries & Chicories. Social media posts showcased their signature offerings such as Pumpkin Martini or a Whiskey flower and a 16oz Wet Aged Rib Eye. Unfortunately, Bull & Butterfly has been permanently closed.

To get to the restaurant on W Jefferson Boulevard, one can take the Metro Expo Line and stop at the Jefferson/USC Station. From there, walk eastbound on Jefferson Boulevard for about 5 minutes until you reach the destination.
If driving, take the I-110 South and exit on Exposition Boulevard. Turn left onto Exposition Boulevard and continue straight until you reach Figueroa Street. Turn right onto Figueroa Street and then turn left onto W Jefferson Boulevard. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side.
Parking is available near the restaurant, but it is limited. Paid street parking may be available on W Jefferson Boulevard or neighboring streets. There are also nearby parking lots and garages that charge a fee for hourly or daily parking.
