Creating tall chiffon cakes is always a structural challenge because they are so delicate, but really happy with how this one turned out!😅 A black sesame chiffon layered with fresh strawberries and black sesame whipped cream, decorated with handcrafted chocolate jungle features. Rawr!🦁
