Heirloom Tomatoes picked at the and sᴀɴᴛᴀ ᴍᴏɴɪᴄᴀ ғᴀʀᴍᴇʀ’s ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛ baked into our 5 day fermented Sourdough Crust, a pizza with house made fromage blanc, Sungolds with Burrata, tossed into a watermelon salad with pepita dukkah, and even spun into shave ice with an in-house fermented sungold cheong.

We're easing into this one with two dishes that let the farmers do most of the talking:

Munak Heirloom Tomato Pizza — mozzarella, roasted garlic crème fraîche, Munak heirlooms, whipped house fromage blanc. Limited daily by what the farm brings, so get it while it's here.

Watermelon & Tomato Salad — Munak watermelon & tomatoes, feta, hibiscus-pickled onion, opal basil, citrus vinaigrette, house fermented fresno dust, pepita dukkah.

This is just the opener. Shave ice joins tomorrow, and the whole menu — both pizzas, the salad, all of it — is live Sunday.

To get to the location on E 4th Street in Long Beach via public transportation, take either the Blue Line or Green Line to the Downtown Long Beach Station. From there, transfer to the Long Beach Transit bus line #1 heading eastbound and disembark at the stop near E 4th Street.

If you prefer to drive, head south on the 710 Freeway and take the exit for downtown Long Beach. Turn left on Alamitos Avenue, then right on E 4th Street. There are several paid parking lots and metered street parking spots available in the area.
