To reach the food stalls/food stands located in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, you can take public transport by taking the Metro Gold Line and getting off at the Highland Park station. From there, walk towards Figueroa St and take a left on Colorado Blvd. The food stands are located on the right-hand side of the street.
If you choose to drive to the area, take exit 144B for Colorado Blvd from CA-134 E. Turn right onto Colorado Blvd and continue for about 0.8 miles until you reach Eagle Rock Plaza on your right. Park your car in the designated parking areas near Eagle Rock Plaza and walk down Colorado Blvd towards Figueroa St where the food stalls/stands are located on your left-hand side.
