Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Maestro Dobel Diamante
3/4 oz apricot liqueur
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Dash of ginger tincture
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until the drink is chilled.
3. Strain into a wine or Champagne glass.

The loss of a home and a neighborhood is so much more than the loss of material possessions. It is the loss of safety and roots. The memories made and the loss of future memories you dreamt of. We are so proud of the efforts we see from all angelenos right now.
Especially the firefighters who are risking their lives to save our city. Tell your first responders — free warm meals for all first responders (and volunteers) at Stella during the wildfires. Both locations will offer this. If you are an official evacuation center volunteer this applies to you as well. Also to any staff working at animal shelters.
We also want to let our community know that we remain open - you have a safe space and a soft place to land if you need to escape the scary reality outside. The last slide shows a list of things you may find comforting in our space. If you don’t have power and need to charge your devices, need WiFi, or want to use a clean toilet - we’ve got you. This goes without saying but just to make it clear: no purchase is necessary to take advantage of these amenities. We will also allow outside food and drinks for those who prefer that.
At our Beverly Hills location only: We have fun games and books for kids and adults. We also have a big teddy bear that may bring comfort ❤️
At both locations: compassionate baristas and hardworking chefs who will make you feel less lonely and show you the kindness you deserve during these trying times.
