We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with HVAC specialty to join our team in our Riverside location with the flexibility to travel to our other SoCal sites when needed.
As a Maintenance Technician/HVAC Certified, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in maintenance, HVAC, and problem-solving will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
- Fabricate or modify components to ensure proper fit and function
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, record maintenance activities, and manage inventory
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
-Must have all required tools for the job
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HVAC role
-HVAC Certified required
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with supervising or leading a team is preferred
-MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND VEHICLE

You must have a passion for creating delicious meals and be comfortable cooking in private kitchens. Our ideal candidate knows how to develop menu items to meet the meal preferences of the family. You also order food and supplies, check ingredients for freshness, and prepare meals within the proper timeframe. You are expected to clean the cooking area and store all kitchen equipment and utensils.
