Uni from Maine. Special Tray Price of $88! Can also be served in individual Nigiri pieces.
Bafun Green Sea Urchin Species is different from the typical Santa Barbara Red Sea Urchin. The size is smaller and the sweetness is more concentrated. Nozomi is planning to carry this uni until the end of April, right before the season is expected to end. The grade we carry at Nozomi is typically shipped to Japan for auction.
We hope you will have the opportunity to try this type of Uni before the season is over.

Take the Metro A Line (Blue) and get off at the Del Amo Station. From there, take Bus 246 towards Vermont Transit Center and get off at Carson St/Western Av. The restaurant is a short walk from the bus stop.

From the I-405, take exit 35 for Western Ave and head south. Turn right onto W. Carson St and the restaurant will be on your left-hand side. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant that customers can use.
