UreΓ±a Rojas is back!
A family dedicated to growing high quality coffee and with deep roots in the are of their finca (farm).
Two of the siblings of the family came to visit us at Altadena for a cupping. They talked about the process of farming, milling and grading the coffee. Also educating us on how different conditions of each side of the mountain affect the flavor of the beans. The honey process helps create a consistent result.
Come grab a bag from us or in a pour over, we are excited to hear your thoughts.

The coffee shop is a sensory amusement park, with delicious coffee scents, the gorgeous pastries and baristas and obviously the delicious cup of espresso or coffee of choice. However the less talked about delight is the sounds. Texture of beans being turned into grinds or ice swirling in shakers. Join us in a ASMR experience of the shop! Enjoy~

Paco LOVES Loma Alta Park. He takes naps on the graddy side under the old sycamores and works out at the gym to keep his wings strong. It's also important to have a little fun and take a swing for old times sake.
Altadena is a wonderful city, Paco will be visiting other locations soon and reporting back to you all the fun to be had around town.

Ever been to Walt's on Eagle Rock Blvd? Amazing Pinball machines!! Stopped by for a hot dog and a beer, heard some great Lady Gaga beats. I hear it's an even better hang at night so we will have to come back.
Stay tuned for more Pacoventuras.

When you're feeling a little munchy and the craving is for something just a little indulgent, we suggest the π©πππ
ππππ πͺπππππ or CanelΓ© (kan-eh-lay) for short. This is an all around favorite inconspicuous delicacy.
A little bite pierces through to the spongy and magical center. Often looked over because of unfamiliarity, but well loved by those who know. Come try it and discover a new treat to grab when you visit us next!

Unincorporated Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop located on W Riverside Drive that has been going strong since 2013. They offer a pour-over menu with new and exciting offerings, such as the Rodrigo Pelaez from Colombia, which is a natural process caturra with notes of watermelon, nectarine, and tangerine. The shop is open every day and does not take a break, so you can always count on them to be there for you. They have multiple locations in Altadena, Eagle Rock, and Burbank. In addition to coffee, they also offer more than 15 wines by the glass and bottle at their Toluca Lake/Burbank location. They even have Sexy French Wines available for those looking for something fancy. And if you're in the mood for something special, their award-winning Fancy Latte is back after a year of research and development.
