What people say
Dick Church's is a true gem in the heart of Costa Mesa. This vintage diner has been serving up delicious breakfast and lunch dishes since 1947, making it one of the longest continually opened restaurants in Orange County. The diner was renamed after Dick Church in 1972 and has been a beloved spot for locals ever since.
One of the unique features of Dick Church's is their live music on most Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day and enjoy some great tunes with friends. And speaking of friends, dogs and well-behaved goats are also welcome at this establishment!
Under new ownership since 2017, Dick Church's has maintained its original 1970s vibe while also making improvements to freshen up the place. The super friendly staff will greet you immediately upon arrival and make you feel right at home.
Whether you're a surfer, skater, college professor, plumber, punker, professional or retired person, all are welcome at Dick Church's. Come as you are and enjoy some classic American diner fare in one of their vintage orange booths. And don't forget to check out their 1972 cocktail bar for some delicious drinks.
Overall, Dick Church's is a must-visit spot in Costa Mesa for anyone looking for great food, friendly service and a fun atmosphere.
