I can’t believe it’s finally here! Foodtastic premieres tomorrow (12/15) on Disney+ and I can’t wait for y’all to see it! Our team, The Carving Queens, go head-to-head against a gang of seriously talented food artists in the Star Wars episode as we help a rebel mechanic fight the Dark Side. If the show is even half as fun as it was in real life, you guys are in for a seriously good time and some of the most wild and creative food art you’ve ever seen! 🎬 IT’S FINALLY HERE!! 🎬 The first trailer for has arrived and I’m so excited for y’all to see it! Being a part of this show and learning from and , while working alongside and was one of the best experiences of my life. has completely changed what food shows are about with this one, embracing the camaraderie of food artists, and highlighting the vast array of skills in the food industry, instead of focusing on drama and mistakes. It’s such a refreshing look into food and so fantastically Disney! Foodtastic premieres December 15th on Disney plus, so don’t miss it! 🚀🏰

Hey Y’all! I know I’ve gone quiet for a bit as we move Smoky Hollow Baking Co. to beautiful Tennessee, but I’ve also been keeping a HUGE secret! 🚨So happy to finally announce I’ll be competing on Disney’s brand new food competition show, Foodtastic!

🚨THIS IS NOT A DRILL🚨 - Today is the very last day to order treats from our El Segundo shop. After this week, you will just have to watch videos of crazy treats being made and try to follow along with the recipes we share! Locals, make sure you place your orders for pick up this week as our last day open will be Saturday, May 8th. As promised, our Mother’s Day menu is up and live! Mother’s Day is one of the easiest holidays for me to plan, I just think of what I’d want my kiddos to give me and try to make it a dessert! This year is all about your kid’s hand made letters and drawings and I’m SO excited for it! Send us their artwork and we’ll make it into a custom cookie for Mom! Also, if you haven’t seen our previous post, please check it out and know that the Mother’s Day pick-up will be our last day of business so you’ll want to stock up! That said, we’re featuring a MASSIVE menu of items so be sure to read the order form all the way to the bottom. It’s true. After 4 amazing years in this community, we’ve made the decision to close the Smoky Hollow Baking Co. shop. What started from home, turned into something I could have never imagined. It has allowed me to share my passion with you all, and in turn, be a part of some of your biggest life events and for that I will always be eternally grateful. It was your generosity and unwavering support that got us through the pandemic and allowed us to keep every member of our staff employed. The SHBC team has been incredible, hard working, and beyond talented and I know they will continue to create amazing things for this community. Running this small business has been exhilarating, but equally challenging in the amount dedication, hours and love poured into this homegrown shop. It was only after much discussion that we decided to make a big leap, move across the country, and nestle in to focus on our family and two growing boys. We are sad to leave this place we have loved for so many years, but know we are making the right decision for our family in this moment in our lives. The last day we will be open is Saturday, May 8th as we celebrate Mother’s Day and hope to give out plenty of high fives, fist bumps and fond farewells. Until then, we will continue to offer weekly pre-orders, make custom cakes, and heavy-up on take n’ bake items (hello Brookies!) so you can stock up before we go! But please don’t think we’d leave you hanging, there is a big, bright, shiny light at the end of the tunnel! Just because we are closing the shop, doesn’t mean I will ever give up the passion and love I have for baking and creating edible art. Please continue to follow us on social media as I create all-new baking & decorating content, share recipes and tutorials, and develop loads of online classes where I’ll share my terrible jokes and everything I know about this wonderful world of food! It’s been a ride I will never forget, and I only have YOU ALL to thank. I’ll never forget this town and this shop, but can’t wait to see where this new journey takes me and hope you're here for it! To get to Sierra Street in El Segundo, you can take the Metro Green Line and get off at the Mariposa Station. From there, walk south on Douglas Street until you reach Sierra Street.

If you are driving, take the 105 Freeway and exit at Sepulveda Boulevard. Head north on Sepulveda Boulevard until you reach Grand Avenue. Turn left on Grand Avenue and then turn right onto Sierra Street.

There is street parking available near Sierra Street, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions or time limits. Additionally, there are several paid parking lots in the area if street parking is not available.
