For public transport, take the bus or train to the Temecula Parkway station. From there, walk south for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection of Temecula Parkway and Margarita Road. The tea room is located on the southeast corner of that intersection.
For driving/parking, head west on Temecula Parkway until you reach the intersection with Margarita Road. Look for a parking lot on your right-hand side just before the intersection. Park there and then walk across the street to find the tea room located on the southeast corner of that intersection.
