Lynsi’s father, Guy Snyder, was also a muscle car lover and drag racer, and his nickname was the “Flying Dutchman®”. When Lynsi started racing at the age of 18, she wanted her racing team’s name to race under his team name in his memory.

Take the Orange County Transit Authority bus route 91 and get off at the Via Pico Plaza stop. The restaurant is located nearby.

Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
From the I-5 freeway, take exit 75 for Avenida Palizada. Turn left onto Avenida Palizada, then turn right onto Calle de los Molinos. Turn left onto Via Pico Plaza and you will find the restaurant on your right-hand side. There is a parking lot available on-site for customers to use.
